Reservation Policy

To confirm the reservation by telephone, by email or online, a 25% deposit of the total reservation cost is payable to the following account number:

within 72 hours following the reservation, specifying your name and the date of arrival.

In our site you also have the ability to make a payment of 25% of the booking by electronic payment in several ways.

Once the payment is received, within three days, the guest will receive a final confirmation of the reservation, which specifies the amount paid, as well as other booking details, including dates, rates, room(s) booked, etc.

Cancellation Policy

In case of a cancellation, not showing up on the scheduled date or departing before the scheduled date of departure, the establishment will withhold the deposit as compensation for damages.

When a reservation is cancelled, the following percentages of the deposit will be withheld according to the notice given:

5% if the cancellation is made 30 days in advance.

40% if the cancellation is made less than 30 and more than 15 days in advance.

60% if the cancellation is made less than 15 and more than 7 days in advance.

100% if the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance.

The tax, approved by Law 5/2012 is not included in the rates and will be added to the bill in detail. Amount: € 0.50 / person / day with a max of 7 days. Exemptions: 0-16 years old.
